  • Registered Dental Hygienist

    Who You Are
    You are thorough, gentle, clinically sharp, and deeply invested in patient education. You understand that hygiene is not a commodity, it is one of the most important drivers of patient health.

    What You'll Do
    • Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care, creating a calm, supportive, and polished patient experience.
    • Identify concerns early and communicate findings clearly.
    • Collaborate closely with doctors on co-diagnosis and treatment acceptance.

  • Dental Assistant

    • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments at a high standard.
    • Help create a smooth, organized patient experience, reinforcing treatment understanding.
    • Take quality radiographs and assist with clinical procedures.
    • Maintain excellent sterilization and operational systems.
    • Contribute to a team culture of readiness, service, and accountability.

  • Front Office/Patient Coordinator

    • Answer phones with warmth and professionalism ,and schedule efficiently.
    • Help patients navigate appointments, treatment plans, and financial conversations.
    • Support patient retention, follow-up, and overall office flow.

  • Treatment Coordinator

  • Billing/Insurance Coordinator

    You are organized, persistent, detail-oriented, and proud of getting things right. You understand that great billing is not just administrative work—it protects the health of the business and helps patients have a smoother experience.

    What You'll Do
    • Submit claims accurately and efficiently.
    • Track outstanding claims and follow up consistently.
    • Communicate clearly with patients regarding balances and benefits.
    • Support accurate collection processes.
    • Maintain excellent documentation and financial systems.

    • Strong administrative precision, especially with insurance and collections workflows.
    • Persistence, follow-through, and clear communication.

  • Office Leadership Roles
